Bioshock 2 User Reviews
Set 8 years after the events of the initial game, BioShock 2 follows Subject Delta, a prototype Big Daddy brought back to life and sent on a quest to recover the Little Sister he was bonded to prior to his death,Eleanor, from the clutches of the new leader of Rapture, Sofia Lamb. He is guided through the decrepit ruins of the fallen utopia by former scientist Brigid Tenenbaum, seeking redemption from her immoral actions during her researches, and businessman Augustus Sinclair, who follows his own plans to escape the city.
The game explores a more brutal gameplay than its predecessor, with much more organized enemies and new weapons, Plasmids and Gene Tonics. It also offers a much more wrecked vision of Rapture, ruled by ideals completely opposed to the vision of Andrew Ryan.

The Rumbler type of Big Daddy in this game is a revision of the SLOPRO Big Daddy which was cut from the first game. The initial concept for the character had the shoulder mounted cannon as seen in BioShock 2 but instead of being able to set up mini turrets, the SLOPRO held a massive hook which it used to perform lethal melee attacks.
Sheryl Lee was hired for the recording session by accident, due to some mix up with the auditions. She plays one of the Splicers standing around a fire discussing what happened to Jack near the start.Quotes
Dr. Sofia Lamb: For every choice, there is an echo, with each act we change the world. One man chose a city free of law and god, but others chose corruption, and so the city fell. If the world was reborn in your image, would it be paradise or perdition?
Eleanor Lamb: This one died alone and afraid, stay out of our way or you'll get the same!
Eleanor Lamb: [final lines] If utopia is not a place, but a people, then we must choose carefully; for the world is about to change... and in our story, Rapture... was just the beginning.Easter Eggs
